「ニックとXXXレストランでロマンティックな夕食をとっていたのよ」
Kate: Then?
「それで？」
Jane: He started criticizing about my family so I got pissed and told
him something I shouldn’t have.
「彼が私の家族のことを批判し始めたので頭に来て、言ってはいけないことを言ってしまったの」
Kate: Oh boy!
「あらまあ！」
Jane: We ended up arguing and he left me at the restaurant without
paying the bill.
「口論になって、彼はレストランをお金も払わないで出て行ってしまったの」
ポイント
”get pissed”は「怒る、むかつく、うんざりする」という意味です。
「～のことでむかつく」という場合は”get pissed off with〜”
「（人）にむかつく」という場合は”be pissed at～”
